How to Redeem Banned Dummy IDs

Under the latest regulations from the 3K Online Origin Team, there is strict enforcement against all dummy accounts that have started exploiting the server and disrupting server stability. Therefore, we have implemented a policy for dummy account owners who wish to redeem banned IDs: pay Rp. 50,000 per ID for 1 week and cannot be accumulated either in main ID/ for time.

Example:

Player A submits an email to 3K Online Origin CS

List of banned IDs:

  • Abc
  • cbd
  • jkn
  • pyt
  • trf
  • ghj
  • rwq

So the total top-up required is Rp 50,000 x 7 IDs = Rp 350,000 for the 7 IDs above. Please note that to redeem dummy IDs, you MUST send the email using the same email registered on the ID used for the top-up so the team can process it.
